The Basics

When choosing a builder, most people will choose just on price. In fact research shows that 62% will choose on price alone.

However, when you are having a BBQ 5 years after completion of your home, there will be so many other things you talk about like quality, process and how you felt throughout the process of building your home.

  • Communication – how will the keep you updated and informed during the pre-construction including the approval process and construction phases of your home.
  • Flexibility – this is a big investment and you should be able to have input to the design, but also how you wish to be updated throughout the building of your home.
